Get your game on!

After hearing the success story of one of our friends competing in a family version of “Biggest Loser,” Scott decided to challenge his mom’s entire family to lose weight and get healthier together for the next 90 days.

Scott and I are more motivated to wake up 30 minutes earlier each morning to exercise before the kids wake up. And we’re more conscious of what we’re eating.

Twelve of us signed up. We’re eating healthier. We’re exercising more. We’re sharing ideas and tips with each other. I’m so impressed with everyone and their commitment to be a healthier family!
