Monday was a beautiful day! After a winter of rain and snow and more rain and more snow, it was nice to have a day that looked and felt like spring.
The kids decided they wanted to ride their bikes. Our street is perfect: a nice dead end street with very little traffic during the day. It was so much fun helping the kids.
We also went to a park. I made a scavenger hunt for Lily. She had to find each of the items on the list and have a picture taken of herself with the item. She had a lot of fun crossing things off her list as we ran around the park. Of course, we also took time to stop and play at the play ground. And Lily wouldn’t let us pass the “stage” without a performance from all of us. Lily sang and danced. Scott did a magic show. And I m.c.ed the event. (I’m still acquainting myself with the camera, so there were lots of pictures taken that I finally managed to narrow down.)
