Scott’s aunt gave us four tickets to the dress rehearsal for the musical Cinderella. I had to work, but Grandma Charlotte and Grandpa Michael were going to be in town. We wanted to surprise them with an invitation to join Scott and Lily at the play. Unfortunately, Grandma and Grandpa were delayed for a few days at work and missed the play.
Lily thought it would be fun to invite one of her friends from church. Her friend and her dad were quite happy to come along. The girls had a great time (once they sat on their dad’s laps so they could see). Lily said her favorite part was the wedding . . . why does that not surprise me? My little girl is obsessed with princesses and marriage right now.
