The day we had waited for finally arrived. Scott graduated from grad school! Which of course was cause for celebration. (Scott chose not to walk. Instead, we celebrated with friends & family at a local park.)

I did a bad job taking pictures at the BBQ, so you can’t tell that there was actually a good turn out of people and fun things going on (socializing, hiking, lawn games, and the kids played on the playground.) Thank you to everyone that came and helped us celebrate, especially family that traveled up from Seattle & California.
After the BBQ, we took Shane (Scott’s brother), Maddy & family to the boardwalk. The kids loved running ahead, and loved the park at the end of the boardwalk even more.
Lily & Dacian play really well together, which makes get togethers that much more enjoyable. Soon Lavinia will be old enough to join in on the fun. But Zeke has a ways to go.

Congratulations! It is such a good feeling to be done! So what is next? Will you stay where you are?
Congrats again. I am so sad I forgot my camera that day. Can you send me a few pics, I want to blog about it and add some pics too.
That's the fun part. We don't know what's next yet. Scott continues to apply for jobs. We'll move wherever he gets a job. Until then, we'll stay here (although our lease expires in August, so we'll have to move into temporary housing if he doesn't have a job offer by then).
