Wahoo!

After two (very long) years of Scott looking for full-time employment, he got it! It’s a huge relief for us. Scott had grown tired of being the predominant nurturer in the house. And I had grown tired of being the predominant provider.

He is now happily employed as an operations manager (they have a fancier title for it) at a web marketing company. It’s a great company to work for. And a great company to grow with.

He’s been to Dallas twice for training. He loved the nice hotel they put him up in.

But now he’s back home. The kids and I are grateful to have him back. Life was a little hectic as a single working parent. I definitely couldn’t have done it without the help of my mom.

We’re still working on decorating Scott’s office. We’ve hung pictures and diplomas. We’re just waiting for IKEA to get the shelf unit in stock, and we’ll need to decide on a few more accessories.
