Last week was our first full week of warm summer weather. It has been so cold here, the coldest summer that I can remember (I’m jealous of the heat spell on the east coast).
I decided to take advantage of the warm weather by having a picnic in our backyard, hot dogs and smores. Lily and Zeke were very excited, mostly Lily though.
A neighbor girl always likes to show up whenever we start doing anything outside. Of course she wanted to join in on the fun, so I had to go inside the house and make some more food for her. Somehow I always end up babysitting the neighborhood kids. How does this happen?

You're either too nice or just have a supper fun house to play at! Just start serving yucky food when you have future picnics and then maybe that'll keep the neighbor kids away. :)
I'm jealous of your cold weather! This east coast heat and humidity are killer.
