(Scott) Yeah, so we kind of found out what happened at our neighbor’s house. It turns out that someone stabbed his dad in the torso five times and critically wounded him. You know, no big deal. Just your normal everyday back yard stabbing. Nothing to worry about, right . . .?
I only wish this was the first time that the cops had shown up in our neighborhood. Nothing like living near Texas Street!

When we lived in Detroit, the apartment complex we lived in was a little interesting. Our neighbors below us had "family" across the hall and one night one member accused another of stealing meat from a car as the groceries were unloaded. A lot of yelling and a supposed knife got the police there. It was a little scary and kind of entertaining. Lock your doors and windows and be safe!
You guys might want to invest in a security system. That's a little scary. Glad the cop decided to wait on the bullhorn until 8:30 at least.

umm yikes. Good thing I gave you guys moving boxes. Maybe you should make use of them sooner than later? in the mean time please keep your doors locked!
