The other day, the thought crossed my mind that I should start training Lily to go number two in the toilet. I decided to pay extra attention to Lily the next couple of days and put her on the toilet whenever she needed to go. Tonight was the first time. Lily was uncertain at first, but cooperated. I was thrilled that I had one less diaper to change! Scott & I both made a big deal about Lily being a big girl. She loved the extra attention.
I'm hoping this is the beginning of the end of poopy diapers!

No, that's not a picture of our toilet. We didn't want to actually photograph our real toilet. Candice just got the pic online.
good luck! Will went through a potty time at around 18 months and then lost interest. I hope you can get her trained while she's interested!!! It's so nice not to have to change diapers!
Woo hoo! Now that would be a great bday present! :) I can't believe how big Lily is now. She's not a baby anymore. What a sweet heart!
I do really hope this is an end to diapers. I am getting very frustrated, annoyed, name it because it is taking forever with Dacian. And since Lavinia he is totally regressing. he too was doing OK around 18 months but he is almost 3 and nothing. I do assume just like all humans he will someday not use diapers.
That is so great. Lily is growing up so fast!
